Looking south from Amphu Labtsa at the pyramid of Mera Too (21,811 ft) and the Hongu valley. Panch Pokhari is the snow-covered lake below. The peak with the cloud cap is Chamlang (24,019 ft). Our line would have been the ridge on the right skyline. Basecamp was behind two ridges at the right edge.
